The Romans return to the York Museum Gardens once again for two days of fun-filled activity and living history camp. This festival that takes place in the heart of York holds a special place for the group as the first Roman festival we attended back in 2018. Now, with an expanded group and repertoire, we are excited to come back for the third year in a row (lockdown restrictions notwithstanding) to bring Roman culture to life in the city of Constantine's crowning once more.&nbsp;Head over on the 8th and 9th of July to catch Magister Militum engaging in a series of our usual camp displays, demosntrations of military kit and clothing, and showing off a few new additions for this year.More details to follow (including our fellow groups) as they are arranged!

Below you can find information about upcoming events the group is planning to attend. Many of these will be open to the public, so will be a perfect day out if you’d like to come along and meet our legionaries, learn about the Roman army, and get to have a look at some of the objects up close and personal.
